The estate’s Olmsted-designed Italianate gardens and statuary add a refined outdoor setting overlooking the St. Lawrence River.

For corporate events, the south veranda offers covered outdoor space for up to 90 guests, while the Billiard and Moorish Rooms provide elegant indoor options for meetings or dinners of similar size. A smaller Tea Room accommodates up to 24 guests during the off-season, making Fulford Place a versatile venue for distinctive business gatherings.
