La Cave is a wine-first hideaway inside Wynn Las Vegas, open since 2010 and built for conversation rather than spectacle. The list runs to 50 wines by the glass across 350 producers, with flights designed to put old world and new side by side. Modern American small plates are made for sharing across a table.

Four spaces host groups from 30 to 200. The Cellar sits under low oak ceilings beside an open kitchen; the Main Dining Room centres on a herringbone bar between two wine rooms, with a ten-person share table built for tastings and decanting; the Garden Lounge reads like an oversized living room. Full buy-out seats 150, or 200 for a reception. Events are contracted as a two-hour experience, with prix fixe dinners, canape receptions, chef's stations and beverage packages. Butler-style brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, service from 9:30am with last seating at 1:30pm.
