About

Tamitik Arena serves as Kitimat’s central sports hub, featuring two ice rinks that accommodate hockey games, public skating, and special events like skating galas. The facility supports small group gatherings and team activities, making it a practical choice for active corporate outings or team-building events.

Adjacent to the arena, the Sam Lindsay Aquatic Centre offers a clean, well-maintained pool with diverse programming including swim lessons and fitness classes. While the building shows its age and parking can be limited during peak times, the venue remains a key community resource with friendly staff and versatile spaces for business groups seeking an energetic, recreational setting.
