About
Tru by Hilton Lewisville Vista Ridge Mall offers a vibrant, eclectic atmosphere with stylish decor that brings personality to your business stay. The hotel features well-designed rooms and a welcoming lobby that sets a lively tone for visitors.
While the property aims for a fresh, modern vibe, operational challenges with housekeeping and service logistics have impacted the guest experience. Event planners should weigh the hotel's distinctive style against these service considerations when booking group stays or meetings.
